5 Superheroes and Their Money

Superheroes are just like you and me… except for maybe the super powers. Okay, maybe they are just like you and me when it comes to money. Some live paycheck to paycheck, and some own multi-billion dollar businesses. How do the following five stack up?

Superman Clark Kent, the small town boy with small town values may live in metropolis, but he sure doesn’t live that way. From sending money back to his mom to saving the world on a continual basis, we’re pretty sure this guy is a saver: his rating is ING Direct.

Batman As a billionaire playboy, Bruce Wayne can do just about whatever he wants, which may explain dressing up in tights and hanging out in dark alleys at night. When it comes to money though, Bruce doesn’t mess around, taking over his father’s company through the use of hedge funds, mutual funds, and other trusts. This guy is one sophisticated investor: his rating is Warren Buffett.

Spiderman Peter Parker is usually late with his rent, has trouble keeping his photography job, and generally doesn’t seem to live the lifestyle a superhero should be accustomed to. Impressing Mary Jane can be expensive, but we’d be there for him: his rating is payday loans.

Wolverine Logan wanders around in the wilderness, trying to find himself. In between flashbacks to his torturous laboratory days and mentoring young mutants, this outdoorsman shows he cares about the environment: his rating is the Ducks Unlimited credit card.

Wonder Woman Living in a utopia can be a bore, especially if you own an unbreakable lasso, an invisible airplane, and a knack for getting in trouble. The girl likes gold though, as evidenced by her bulletproof bracelets, so we’re pegging her as a shopaholic: her rating is Nordstrom’s.
